Heritage Point Centre is located on the north side of Fraser Highway just west of 264th Street. Directly across the property is Aldergrove Village Shopping Centre, which is anchored by Save-On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, a BC Government Liquor Store, TD Bank, Boston Pizza and McDonald’s to name a few. Tenants at the time of sale included Subway, Wendy’s and Budget Brake and Muffler.
Heritage Point Centre was sold in 2009.
