Phase

Under Construction – Phase 1

Eagle Meadows Logistics Park is a new Class A industrial and logistics development located on the north bank of the Fraser River in Pitt Meadows, immediately west of the Golden Ears Bridge.

Situated on approximately 17.6 acres, the master-planned development will ultimately provide approximately 367,000 square feet of modern industrial and logistics space across two highly functional buildings.

Phase 1 is now under construction and comprises Building 2, the approximately 195,000-square-foot east building. Being developed on a speculative basis, the building will offer flexible leasing opportunities from approximately 40,000 square feet and is targeted for occupancy in Q3 2027.

Eagle Meadows Logistics Park has been designed to accommodate a broad range of logistics, distribution, e-commerce, warehousing and light-manufacturing users. Building specifications include 36-foot clear ceiling heights, extensive dock and grade loading, ESFR sprinklers, 8-inch reinforced concrete slabs, high-efficiency LED lighting and 1,600-amp three-phase power service, together with generous truck courts and separate truck and employee circulation.

The project benefits from a highly connected location within the growing Pitt Meadows industrial and logistics node, with immediate access to the Golden Ears Bridge and convenient connections to Lougheed Highway, the Trans-Canada Highway, South Fraser Perimeter Road, regional rail infrastructure and Metro Vancouver’s major port and distribution networks.

With construction underway and leasing now active, Eagle Meadows Logistics Park will introduce a significant new supply of institutional-quality industrial space to one of Metro Vancouver’s increasingly important logistics locations.
